In 1999, a fire at the joint in Port Louis, Mauritius, killed seven people. The fire started during riots that followed a disputed football final in between the Catholic Fire Brigade and the Muslim supported Scouts Club.


Police jailed dozens of suspects, and four guys were later convicted of arson and murder. They ended up being referred to as the L'Amicale 4.


Years later, a group of senior attorneys examined the case and discovered significant spaces in the initial investigation, raising new questions about what actually took place.
